Shipping policy

At Han and Bells Creations, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with Australia Post to ensure your products arrive safely.

Processing Times

• Processing time: 2–5 business days before dispatch (plus postage time).

• Once your order is packed, you will receive your tracking number by email or SMS.

• Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your tracking information.

Because all of our products are handmade and made-to-order, candles, melts, and diffusers require 3–5 days to cure before they can be shipped. We do our best to keep processing times minimal, but please allow for slight delays during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is ever a significant delay, we will notify you right away.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location:

• Standard shipping: from $9 (for lighter items)

• Larger orders: up to $35
  All orders include tracking information provided by Australia Post.

 

Packaging

All orders are packed in sturdy boxes to protect your products in transit. We encourage you to reuse or recycle packaging wherever possible.

 

Delivery Timeframes

While we work hard to process your order quickly, delivery times are ultimately determined by Australia Post.
Please allow extra time for delivery during:

• Public holidays

• Peak shopping seasons

• Hotter months (where delays may occur)

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, we are not responsible for postal delays.
